Syntonovo was a collaboration between Felix Visser and Bert Vermeulen and Thinrs to develop a 5-dimensional sensitive keyboard.
This resulted in 3 prototypes that were shown at Superbooth 2017, 2018, and 2019.
The keyboard sensitivity involved 2 directions X (left/right), 2 directions Y (forward and backward), and Z. The Z sensitivity registered movement upon touching the key but also had a touch envelope depending on reaching the end of the key and aftertouch. Naturally, velocity was also available.
A standard Fatar keybed was used.
